Finance and Agreement Manager
As Finance and Agreement Manager, Parmeshwor leads end-to-end financial, operational and contractual aspects of the USAID Adolescent Reproductive Health (ARH) Project for HDI in Nepal. He has over 15 years of experience in managing grants/subgrants, compliance and finance mainly of USAID-funded flagship projects. Prior to HDI, he had worked for multiple INGOs like Helen Keller Int’l, Mercy Corps, and Habitat for Humanity. Besides Int’l development organization, he has experience of working with multilateral governance strengthening project led by DANIDA, DIFID & SDC.
When he is not working, he loves spending time outdoors and participating in adventurous sports like rock climbing, hiking, mountaineering, and jungle safari. He enjoys participating in yoga, and meditation. Taking active participation in community work, helping in community events, and promoting local business, craft and culture are some of the works he is passionate about and loves to do most in his spare time. Social engagement is crucial for him as he feels a sense of accomplishment and it always has given him mental peace and a sense of purpose.
