Rani is the Senior Manager of HDI’s India Finance & Operations and provides critical project management support to Game of Choice, Not Chance.

She brings over 18 years of program administration experience to HDI’s team and is part of the India-based office where she merges technical proficiency with contextual nuance and a hands-on approach to manage program operations, coordination, documentation and administration.

Prior to joining HDI, Rani has worked in various capacities with the International Foundation of Electoral Systems (IFES), Counterpart International, FHI360 and Population Services International (PSI), among others. Her adaptability to new environments, resourcefulness and tenacity have contributed to a continuously evolving career graph. Her capacity to deliver successfully in roles involving diverse responsibilities of operational management is grounded in her aptitude for managing development programs and a commitment to contributing to organizations achieving positive social impact.

When Rani isn’t juggling work demands, she is engrossed in crossword puzzles, word games, dabbling in creative writing, baking or plotting her next travel adventure.
